Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and ensure effective management of employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
	- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
 
	- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
 
	- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
 
	- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
 
	- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
 
	- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
 
	- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution as necessary.
 
	- Collaborate with management to plan for workforce needs and succession planning.
 
Qualifications
	- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 
	- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
 
	- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
 
	- Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
 
	- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
	- Ability to lead and develop HR teams.
