Description:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations at the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. They will coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee construction activities
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Supervise subcontractors and onsite staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate project status to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
