Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a team or department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Task Assignment:

  Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, delegating projects to ensure effective workflow. 

• Scheduling:

  Develop and manage employee work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity. 

• Performance Monitoring:

  Monitor employee work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. 

• Feedback & Evaluation:

  Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members. 

• Conflict Resolution:

  Address and resolve workplace conflicts and issues that arise within the team. 

• Communication:

  Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, communicating policies, goals, and concerns. 

• Safety & Compliance:

  Ensure a safe work environment and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures. 

• Team Management & Guidance:

  Oversee and guide a team of employees, providing instructions, support, and training.
