This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and marketing techniques, with a focus on the export of spices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment and selection processes
• Oversee employee training and development programs
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Generate reports and present findings to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in HR management and marketing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of FMCG industry and export regulations
