• Manage production staff and provide training and guidance as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management)
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
