The Ocean Freight Manager plays a vital role in driving the company’s mission to simplify and optimize global trade operations. This position oversees end-to-end ocean freight management, ensuring efficient and high-quality movement of shipments within the Thailand gateway. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a strategic mindset to deliver excellence in performance, partner management, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the full cycle of ocean freight (FCL and LCL) import and export operations within the regional network.
Develop and implement operational frameworks, processes, and tools to manage partner performance and ensure service excellence.
Collaborate with regional and global management to establish performance metrics, process controls, and operational goals.
Work closely with product and technology teams to develop tools and systems that improve operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing operations team.
8 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or ocean carrier operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach to process improvement.
Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
