Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including proven experience in an HR Manager or equivalent role.

Strong knowledge of HR systems and practices, with demonstrated expertise in Reward & Recognition, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.

High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to synthesize complex information.

Demonstrated leadership qualities, including empathy, integrity, and the ability to motivate and develop others.

Excellent communication skills, including active listening, persuasive communication, presentation skills, and constructive feedback.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels and with external partners.

High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and English communication.
