Job Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:
● Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of a reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure.
● Lead the IT Infrastructure Manager in managing network systems, data centers, and hardware.
● Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure stability and growth.
IT Operations:
● Ensure optimal operation of IT services and systems, monitor performance, and implement enhancements.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT needs and drive operational efficiency.
● Manage IT budgets and allocate resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Application Management:
● Oversee ERP systems and business applications, ensuring they meet business needs.
● Mentor the IT Application Manager to enhance application performance and integration.
● Lead the implementation of new applications and upgrades with minimal disruption.
Leadership & Team Management:
● Manage and develop IT teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
● Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to align IT strategies with business goals.
Strategic Planning:
● Develop and execute IT strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
● Identify new technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
● Report regularly to senior management on IT performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
● 10+ years of IT management experience, focusing on infrastructure and applications.
● Proven expertise in IT operations within a manufacturing environment.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT , Computer Science, or a related field.
● Strong leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to collaborate with senior executives.
● Deep understanding of network systems, data centers, cybersecurity, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP , Oracle).
● Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
