Role Overview As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead end-to-end product development—driving discovery, strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement. You will use data and customer insights to shape product decisions, own key initiatives, and deliver impactful outcomes for a global user base.
Key Responsibilities
Define customer problems using qualitative and quantitative insights and translate them into product strategy
Lead cross-functional initiatives (Engineering, Design, QA) from concept to launch and iteration
Own the full product lifecycle and be accountable for performance, adoption, and business outcomes
Align stakeholders and drive decisions in complex, fast-moving environments
Requirements
3+ years of Product Management experience with full lifecycle ownership
Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to gather insights and translate them into strategy
Ability to prioritize effectively and balance short- and long-term goals
Experience working with Jira
Fluency in English, open for an expats.
Nice to Have
Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Familiarity with product discovery and experimentation tools (e.g., Hotjar)
