Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to
achieve the company’s revenue targets and market share goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure high
performance and alignment with company objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and
competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Sales Management: Oversee the sales process, set sales targets, and ensure the team meets
or exceeds these targets. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of
resources to maximize Ebitda.
• Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance of sales and marketing
activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Production Development, QA&QC) to
ensure cohesive strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Logistics management Select carriers, negotiate rates, and manage transportation logistics to
optimize delivery schedules and costs.
▪ Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industry for Lime application
▪ Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business
growth both domestically and internationally.
▪ Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with
key clients and stakeholders.
▪ Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team.
▪ Market Expansion: Experience in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and
markets.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Chemical Engineer or Chemistry
▪ Preferred Master in Business
▪ Language: English (written & spoken), Mandarin is also a plus
▪ Min 10 Years Experience in Chemical Sales for both Commodity and Specialty Chemical and
lead the Sales team.
