About Beam

Beam is an experience‑driven payments platform that empowers businesses to accept seamless payments everywhere they sell, from social media and websites to mobile apps and in‑person channels. Beam’s suite of products, including Beam Checkout, Beam Bolt, and Beam Bridge, helps merchants streamline transactions, boost conversions, and fuel long‑term growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Manager who will lead initiatives that expand Beam’s merchant base, accelerate product adoption, and drive sustainable business growth. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across marketing, partnerships, product insights, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Beam’s core payment products (Checkout, Bolt, Bridge).
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Optimize end‑to‑end customer funnels, from awareness to onboarding and activation, to improve conversion metrics.
• Manage growth experiments and channels, including digital marketing, referral programs, partnerships, and performance campaigns.
• Measure and report performance metrics, using data to inform decisions and growth priorities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with ecosystem players such as e‑commerce platforms, banks, fintech partners, and influencers to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Support go‑to‑market planning for new product launches, features, and regional expansions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in growth, marketing, product operations, or business development, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort analyzing data and defining success metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with payment platforms, e‑commerce solutions, or financial services.
• Understanding of merchant acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of SQL or analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Looker).
