We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to ensure merchants have an exceptional experience using Beam’s products. You will play a key role in strengthening merchant relationships and delivering outstanding support that drives long-term value.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Associate, you will support merchants throughout their journey — from onboarding and activation to ongoing support and engagement. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Support & Operations

• Respond promptly and professionally to merchant inquiries across communication channels, ensuring SLA standards are met (including occasional support outside regular hours)
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution
• Process merchant activations and maintain accurate documentation
• Oversee merchant onboarding to deliver a seamless experience
• Support CRM improvements to enhance service quality

Customer Success Execution

• Execute customer success initiatives aligned with team goals
• Proactively communicate product updates, new features, and important notices to merchants
• Gather merchant feedback and share insights with internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related roles
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and take ownership
• Energetic, adaptable, and customer-oriented personality

Working Model

• Hybrid working model (Work from office 3 days per week)
• Office located near BTS Phloen Chit

Interview Process (2 Rounds)

• Round 1: Technical interview with Team Lead 
• Round 2: Face-to-face interview with CEO
