A leading fast-moving consumer goods company in the snack and beverage sector is seeking an Overseas Trade Marketing Manager to drive regional trade marketing strategies across Southeast and East Asia. This position calls for a combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution, engaging with distributors and cross-functional teams to enhance business performance and modernize trade marketing practices.
The Overseas Trade Marketing Manager will develop and lead trade marketing strategies for expanding international markets. The role involves frequent travel, working closely with local distributor partners, and championing innovative campaigns throughout the region.
Develop, implement, and optimize trade marketing strategies for countries including Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Korea, and China.
Conduct regular market visits for business intelligence and distributor engagement, with monthly travel to designated regions.
Coordinate with local distributors and internal sales and marketing teams to boost product visibility across modern and traditional trade channels such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail outlets.
Lead planning, execution, and follow-up of trade marketing campaigns tailored to local needs; monitor effectiveness and propose timely solutions to achieve revenue goals.
Plan and launch trade promotions and joint marketing activities based on specific channel and country requirements.
Analyze performance data to quickly identify challenges, then implement creative, actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
Drive innovation and new approaches, inspiring both seasoned professionals and emerging talent within the team.
Foster a collaborative and open culture, championing ongoing development and agility in response to changing market dynamics.
Experience in the FMCG snack and beverage sector with a solid background in regional trade marketing.
