Represent the company at high-profile industry events, networking forums, and private client functions.
Business & Market Development
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to design campaigns and events targeting ultra-luxury clientele.
Oversee negotiation and closing of high-value property transactions.
Operational Excellence
Set KPIs, sales budgets, and reporting processes to provide visibility on performance.
Drive digital tools, CRM, and analytics to enhance client engagement and sales productivity.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all transactions.
10+ years’ proven experience in luxury real estate sales or related sectors (luxury hospitality, private banking, wealth management, or luxury brands).
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, managing high-performing sales teams.
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets with ultra-luxury properties or equivalent high-value assets.
Established network with UHNWIs, private investors, and international client bases.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
Luxury brand and client experience management.
Results-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
