We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on security technology solutions. This role requires a strong balance of new client acquisition, account management, and client reactivation. You’ll be working with products such as CCTV systems, remote controls, and alarm systems, providing tailored solutions to help clients automate or enhance their security operations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Reactivate former clients through proactive outreach and solution updates
Conduct face-to-face client meetings to understand business needs and propose relevant security tech solutions
Present, negotiate, and close deals in alignment with sales targets
Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal technical teams for solution implementation
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology or B2B solution sales
Strong field sales experience, including in-person client visits and solution-based selling
Background in automation or security technologies is a plus
Fluent in Thai (spoken and written); conversational English required
Goal-oriented, proactive, and excellent in building client relationships
