Engage with prospects and customers to capture business & technical requirements.

Design and propose solution architectures that align with customer goals in areas such as Cloud (private/hybrid/multi), Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application Modernization.

Prepare technical proposals, Scope of Work (SOW), Terms of Reference (TOR), bill of materials (BOM), pricing models and estimates.

Lead or support Proof of Concept (POC) or pilot projects to validate technical feasibility.

Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Act as a technical advisor during the bid process, RFP / RFI responses, ensuring solutions are competitive.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation & Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable.

Produce architecture diagrams, high and low level designs, system blueprints, data flow diagrams etc.

Conduct solution reviews & validation before final handover or contract signing to ensure risk mitigation.

Keep up with technology trends (e.g Asia-Pac market, Cloud services, Containers, AI/ML, Zero-Trust Security) and evaluate how they can apply to INOX’s offerings.

Assist in strategic IT consulting – advising customers on roadmaps, cost/benefit analysis, scalability, resilience, and operational best practices.

Participate in knowledge sharing internally (training, workshops) to elevate team technical capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in presales, solution architect, technical consulting, or similar roles.

Strong technical skills in:

Infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization)

Networking & security
-
Cloud technologies (private / hybrid / public)

Containerization & orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)

Open-source software stacks (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, MariaDB)

Hands-on experience in writing SOWs, TORs, Technical Proposals for enterprise-scale projects.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Able to articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Problem solving mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent proposals/POCs.

Commercial awareness—understands cost, ROI, budgeting, TCO, licensing, etc.

Experience with compliance/security standards would be a plus (e.g. ISO 27017, ISO 29110, or similar).
