Oversee all aspects of People Operations, including:

Visa and work permit applications for expatriates, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Employee benefits such as social security, health insurance, provident funds, and education allowances.

Maintain strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and employment regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance on related legal matters.

Lead employee engagement initiatives and coordinate company events that strengthen community and belonging.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top talent aligned with our culture.

Mentor and develop the People Operations team, cultivating continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Requirements

8+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations, with proven expertise in employee relations and retention management.

Strong knowledge of Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Thai Labor Law.

Experience managing visa and work permit processes for expatriates is a strong plus.
