Senior Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business and technical requirements to design IT architectures covering Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, and Application Modernization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Design Solution Architectures that are stable, flexible, and scalable for future growth (Scalable & Resilient Architecture).

• Prepare SOW, TOR, and Technical Requirements to support Presales, Bid Teams, and customer procurement processes (both private and public sectors).

• Design various types of IT solutions such as:

  • Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Multi-Cloud

  • Container-based Infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker)

  • Open-Source Software Stacks such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, etc.

• Support Sales / Presales teams in preparing Proposals, BOMs, Demos, POCs, and presenting solutions to executives or customers.

• Act as a Technical Advisor to Implementation/Delivery teams to ensure project delivery is of high quality, on time, and according to standards.

• Coordinate with Vendors / Partners to select appropriate technologies and stay updated on emerging trends such as AI, Data Analytics, Zero-Trust Security.

• Perform Solution Review and Validation before project handover to minimize risks and ensure reliability.

• Provide Strategic IT Consulting to customers, advising on IT strategies and project planning.

• Support Knowledge Sharing / Training activities within the team and with customers, such as workshops and technical enablement sessions.

• Create supporting architectural documents (Architecture Diagrams, High/Low-Level Designs, System Blueprints) to serve as references and manuals for long-term system maintenance.

• Support compliance with Security Standards and Certifications such as ISO 27017 and ISO 29110, as well as other relevant standards required by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5–7 years of experience as a Solution Architect / Presales / Technical Consultant.

• Knowledge and experience with Enterprise IT technologies such as Virtualization, Backup, Network, Security, Cloud, and Container technologies.

• Proven experience in designing and writing SOWs, TORs, and Technical Proposals for large-scale projects.

• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills with diverse teams.
