Job Title: Head of Sales – Freight Forwarding Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Overview: Lead and develop the sales strategy for a leading freight forwarding company. Drive growth across Air, Ocean, and Land services, build key client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue and GP targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and GP targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team (BDMs, KAMs).
Identify new business opportunities in key verticals (FMCG, Automotive, Industrial).
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts.
Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for management.
Represent the company at key client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of international logistics (Air, Ocean, Cross-border).
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Thai nationality preferred; English proficiency required.
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonus + benefits (car/fleet card, insurance, provident fund).
