Job Function
Lead fundraising activities through banks, headquarters, debentures, and other financial instruments to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
Manage and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange risks, by negotiating commercial terms and reviewing agreements for loans, debentures, and related documents in line with HQ policies.
Oversee cash flow planning and management to effectively meet business requirements.
Develop and manage funding structures to diversify liquidity and financial risks.
Control Asset and Liability Management (ALM) across multiple tenors (1–5 years) to minimize risks from asset-liability mismatches.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and negotiate with banks, HQ, and relevant stakeholders on new or additional loan facilities, renewal of existing credit lines, and issuance of debentures.
Review and negotiate loan agreements, debenture documentation, and other treasury-related contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with HQ policies.
Support HQ in arranging corporate guarantees when required.
Monitor and manage daily cash flow, loan utilization, and interest rate negotiations with financial institutions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports for both TOLC and HQ.
Develop funding plans aligned with business requirements, market conditions, global interest rate trends, and ALM objectives.
Provide financial and regulatory information to banks, investors, and authorities (e.g., SEC, ThaiBMA).
Track money market conditions and apply insights to optimize funding strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising via offshore, onshore, and debenture markets.
Proven expertise in managing interest rate and FX risks using derivative instruments such as Cross-Currency Swaps, Interest Rate Swaps, Forward Contracts, and Options.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in daily cash flow management.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
Demonstrated experience in reviewing and negotiating loan agreements to secure favorable terms while complying with HQ policies.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
