Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and assess vision health
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases (glaucoma, AMD, diabetic retinopathy)
• Co-manage cataract, LASIK, and other surgical cases
• Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
• Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation
• Travel to nearby partner locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
• Licensed or eligible in Missouri
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient rapport
• Willingness to travel between nearby clinics

Preferred Skills

• Experience with surgical co-management
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Bilingual a plus
