About the Position:
We are searching for a Practice Experience Specialist to join our team! We are looking for someone who has clinical and/or optical experience in the optometry setting that is tech savvy, likely a current or previous lead optometric technician, clinical manager, or practice manager. The candidate must be patient and customer focused, providing exemplary customer service to both potential and existing customers. This position does not involve cold calling. The candidate will be doing product demonstrations with potential customers as well as being the practice consultant, providing the practice with customer service and troubleshooting services.
