About the Position:

They are looking to hire experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join their team in a fast-paced and quality-oriented environment. Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
• Complete service calls
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Ability to perform repairs on equipment as required
• Hold valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Tune and clean services – both regular and preventative maintenance
• Extra service calls
• On call for emergency service calls on nights and weekends on a rotating schedule Monday through Sunday providing 24-hour coverage.
• Bill customers for services provided
• Communicate with customers to take care of needs/troubleshoot
• Keep assigned service vehicle clean and stocked with provided parts and tools
• Document findings and/or unsafe conditions observed
• Be aware of local building codes and ordinances.
• Complete assigned projects on time.

Job Details:

• $20-$35 per hour depending on experience

• Paid vacation and holidays after probation period

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Service area: Mainly Waushara, Marquette, Green Lake, Adams, Portage and Waupaca counties in Wisconsin
