Tasks/Responsibilities > Define procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and budgets; Assess make-or-buy decisions for capital assets; Identify opportunities for cost savings and value improvement; Conduct Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs; Use Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to assess supplier bids; Develop and negotiate long-term contracts with suppliers; Manage risks related to pricing, delivery timelines, and supplier reliability; Implement cost reduction strategies such as bulk purchasing, supplier consolidation, and value engineering; Implement e-procurement tools and ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa); Collaborate with finance, engineering, and operations teams to align procurement with project goals; Evaluate vendor reliability, quality, and compliance.

Requisites > Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Law, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred, especially with focus on Procurement, Supply Chain, or Strategy; 3–10+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on procurement, supply chain management, or sourcing transformation projects; Proven track record in Strategic sourcing and category management and procurement process redesign and digitalization; Exposure to international procurement projects is a plus; Previous experience in a Top Consulting Firm, ideally Tier-1/2; Experience in Capex needed; Advanced Excel and data analytics skills for spend analysis; Solid knowledge of contract management principles and vendor compliance requirements; Ability to work with C-level stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels; Availability to relocate in UAE for a fully professional context.
