Für eine international ausgerichtete Hospitality-Organisation besetzen wir aktuell die Position eines General Managers (gn) für ein Premium-Hotel bzw. Resort in Europa. Gesucht wird eine unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit, die einen komplexen Hotelbetrieb nicht nur führt, sondern operativ stabilisiert, wirtschaftlich weiterentwickelt und gemeinsam mit dem Team nachhaltig erfolgreich positioniert.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Operative Gesamtverantwortung für den Hotelbetrieb
• Führung, Entwicklung und Strukturierung des Management-Teams
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts sowie hoher Qualitätsstandards
• Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Performance (Revenue, Kostenstruktur, Profitabilität)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eigentümerseite und internationalen Stakeholdern

Dein Profil:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der internationalen Hotellerie, idealerweise als General Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsrolle
• Starke operative und kommerzielle Kompetenz (Performance-Steuerung, Revenue, Profitabilität)
• Erfahrung in Transformations-, Repositionierungs- oder Turnaround-Situationen von Vorteil
• Unternehmerisches Denken, klare Entscheidungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Leadership-Kompetenz

For an internationally oriented hospitality organization, we are currently filling the position of General Manager (gn) for a premium hotel or resort in Europe. We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded leader who not only manages a complex hotel operation but actively develops it, stabilizes operations and positions it successfully together with the team.

Your responsibilities:

• Operational responsibility for the entire hotel operation
• Leadership and development of the on site team
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and high quality standards
• Managing the economic performance of the hotel

Your profile:

• Experience in hospitality, ideally in a senior operational leadership role
• Leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset
• Hands on mentality
