For an internationally oriented hospitality organization, we are currently filling the position of General Manager (gn) for a premium hotel or resort in Europe. We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded leader who not only manages a complex hotel operation but actively develops it, stabilizes operations and positions it successfully together with the team.

Your responsibilities:

• Full operational and commercial responsibility for the property (P&L ownership)
• Active development of all revenue streams (rooms, F&B, leisure, golf)
• Building and activating demand through network, partnerships and market presence
• Leading and developing the on-property team with a strong execution focus
• Positioning the asset as a distinct destination within its market
• Ensuring alignment across hotel, cottages, F&B and golf as one integrated business

Your profile:

• Experience as General Manager or a strong #2 ready to step into full responsibility
• Background in countryside resorts, estate environments or destination-led hospitality
• Proven track record in improving performance, stabilising or repositioning assets
• Strong commercial mindset combined with operational execution capability
• Experience within European resort or leisure markets
• Ability to operate successfully outside major urban demand centres
• Understanding of golf-driven or leisure-led guest segments, ideally with exposure to golf resort environments
