Business Analyst (West Kowloon)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our clients' fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

•    Provide system support and handle business user enquires on Ticketing and Revenue systems and enable business users to perform business operations.
•    Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements. Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the current Ticketing and Revenue systems.
•    Document the application/data flows for the systems to visualize the business processes 
•    Liaise with IT technical teams, including architecture, infrastructure, integration and cybersecurity requirements and specifications.
•    Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and IT Teams to gather requirements, validate proposed solutions, and resolve conflicts or ambiguities.
•    Work with the vendors to design, develop and implement the solutions that fits the business requirements.

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
•    Have a minimum 3 years of business analysis and project management experience.
•    Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a relevant experience in revenue systems.
•    Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions among vendors, IT technical teams, and stakeholders. 
•    Hands-on experience in the documentation of system flow, workflow and data diagrams. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear and concise requirements.
•    Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
