We are looking for an IT Support to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver first-line technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software issues via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide Office 365 support, assisting with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with office automation software
Log and manage support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
Perform routine check on IT systems
Requirements:
2-3 years in IT end user support or a similar role.
Proficiency in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
Familiarity with OA software.
Strong analytical skills to tackle technical challenges.
Excellent verbal skills to support users.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00 (Most of the time) or 11:00–20:00 (Once of such shift per 1.5 months) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: 09:00–17:00 (~ 2 times per month)
