We are looking for an Operation Officer to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily operations and administrative support to internal parties
Prepare administrative support to marketing event occasionally
Generate monthly billing report and operation statistics for management review before cut-off date
Participate in internal control on accurate, timely and efficient operations with proper compliance and procedures
Prepare and update Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
Support ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
HKDSE/ HKCEE graduate or above
2 years – 3 years working experience, relevant exp. in administrative tasks, billing and reporting preferred
Experience in leasing or facility management office will be an advantage
Good analytic, sensitive to numbers, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, detail-minded, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
Eager to learn, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
