Network Engineer

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for daily network operations and monitoring

·         Troubleshoot network incidents and escalate when needed

·         Maintain and support routers, switches, firewalls, and related equipment

·         Handle alerts from monitoring tools and perform basic diagnostics

·         Assist with network configuration, upgrades, and change requests

·         Prepare documentation for incidents, configurations, and procedures

·         Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues

·         Support shift duties if required

Requirements:

·         Valid Cisco CCNA certification

·         Minimum 2 years of NOC experience

·         Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, etc.

·         Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios)

·         Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

·         Familiar with incident management and ticketing systems

·         Basic knowledge of network security practices

·         Able to work independently under pressure

·         Good communication and teamwork skills
