We are looking for a End user support to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely 1st Tier on-site support to end-users
Troubleshoot and fix users’ problems remotely if appropriate
Maintain accurate desktop hardware and software inventory (including peripherals).
Maintain and update golden-images for desktops
Ensure all desktops have proper security settings
Update critical security patches and antivirus pattern for PCs
Perform Install/Move/Add/Change as requested by users.
Provide Audio Visual equipment support during important meetings.
Provide on-site standby service during special events or meetings, setup of mobile kiosk, mobile video streaming encoders during special events
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5-6 years of relevant work experience or above.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented .
Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
