Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on quotations, orders, and service requests

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations

• Monitor order processing and delivery schedules, ensuring timely updates to customers

• Prepare sales reports, operational reports, and other business documents

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating activities, and supporting office administration

• Support pre-sales and after-sales administrative functions

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline

• 2 years or above of administrative, sales support, customer service, or related experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
