Role Summary:

•The role is responsible to define and coordinate all HR internal services, ensuring the delivery, quality and cost according with the business expectations.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor Degree

·At least 3 years in HR field in manufacturing environment

·Experience working in Union environment

·Fluent English

·Experience with HR services suppliers

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Responsible in conjunction with Purchasing of identify and develop HR services for the Plant, such as:

oUniforms

oCanteen

oTransportation

oSuppliers for internal events

oSnack machines

oSoft drinks machines

oATM

oAny other

•Daily follow up to compliance with required services in time, quality and cost.

•Responsible of apply internal surveys about the services in order to identify improvement areas.

•Be in touch with Labor Relations in all shifts in order to ensue the arrival of the transportation to the plant on time and define actions with the supplier when is not on time.

•Responsible to define in conjunction with Purchasing Area the Suppliers evaluation process.
