Duties and Responsibilities:
•Attend labor day to day situations as terminations, disciplinary actions, categories advancement, late arrivals,etc
•Participate actively in all the events and activities related with operative collaborators
•Be pending in the shift starting of the arrival of the buses, clocks, lockers and restrooms.
•Attend critical cases.
•Identify labor risks, elevate it and define actions.
•Participate with the Mixed Commissions.
•Collaborate with the pre-payroll process.
•Coordinate internal communication with the DO Area.
•Apply internal surveys to identify gaps and define action plans.
•Update the processes according with Mexican law changes.
•Attend Union Internal Representatives to address their concerns and requests.
•Ensure the application of the RIT
