Job Objective:

Coordinate and oversee the activities of team leaders and assigned resources, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently while meeting safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards to achieve production goals. Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements within the assigned area.

Requirements:

• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years in a similar position.
• Experience in liquid paint lines (dryers, mixers).
• Valid visa and passport.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to rotate shifts.
• Core Tools.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with assigned indicators for the area.
• Distribute daily tasks to the work team.
• Coordinate production strategies and follow up on work orders.
• Investigate and resolve problems.
• Evaluate team performance, identifying training needs in the areas.
• Ensure the implementation and improvement of manufacturing conditions, work instructions, and procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports on the progress of the areas.
• Propose workflow and procedural improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Promote adherence to operational standards such as standardized work, autonomous maintenance, production records, orderliness, cleanliness, punctuality, and attendance.
• Ensure assigned areas have the necessary resources, including materials, personnel, tools, equipment, and systems, to meet organizational objectives.
