Materials Manager

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a strong plus.
7–10 years of leadership experience in Purchasing or Production Planning, including logistics, preferably in low-volume, high-mix environments.
Extensive experience in lean environments, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Solid experience in contract negotiations.
Proficiency in addressing challenges from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Experience in low-volume, high-mix production environments.
Advanced project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Significant experience in preparing and delivering presentations to executive teams.
In-depth knowledge of production and inventory management.
Advanced oral and written skills in both Spanish and English.
Expert-level command of tools such as Excel, Access, and Project.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing warehouse and logistics functions.
