Requirements:
4 years of HR experience (manufacturing, preferably automotive).
Knowledge of LFT, SIRCE-STPS, and training programs.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or related field.
Advanced English.
Valid VISA and passport.
Responsibilities:
Training and onboarding management (STPS).
Recruitment, selection, and personnel administration.
Performance evaluation and work environment management.
Labor relations and union interactions.
Payroll, benefits, and compensation administration.
Workplace safety, well-being, and PPE management.
