Qualifications: 
Must have knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949of relevant laws and regulations, including the Product Quality Act, Labor Law, be proficient in the use of the five basic tools

• College degree or higher, major in plastic molding or mechanical manufacturing.
• 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Have a high degree of professionalism, sense of mission and rigorous work attitude
• Have strong communication and coordination skills and affinity, and strong linguistic expression skills
• Advanced English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design and implement company quality system, Provide action plan to external quality audits’  finding. Tracking and reporting internal progress to management team.
• Cooperate with product & Project engineers participate in APQP process for new projects, clarify customer requirements of the inspection requirement of new projects.
• Interactive with customer quality representative, investigate and problem solving  customer concerns.
• Training and managing inspectors for routine inspections change.
• Responsible for maintaining  first /last 3 sample filling quality policy.
• Hands on perform quality measurements according to blue prints.
• Up keeping APQP, PPAP work, FMEA and control plans for new projects, and guide the improvement and submission of PPAP materials.
• Formulate and organize the implementation of management review action.
