Construction Project Supervisor

Requirements: 

• Architecture, Civil Engineering or related 
• Intermediate English desirable 
• Own vehicle 
• 3 years of experience as supervisor of construction projects in industrial buildings. 
• 3 years of experience in project change management and quality and safety control. 
• 3 years of experience in blueprint interpretation and project progress monitoring and control. 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the job site 
• Act as point of contact for contractors 
• Track progress and keep stakeholders informed 
• Coordinate communication between manager, suppliers and contractors 
• Perform quality inspections and resolve issues 
• Prepare daily reports and document project status 
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards 
• Coordinate the preparation of to-do list reports 
• Maintain effective communication within the team and stakeholders 
• Track and monitor project schedule
