Requirements:

Completed Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5 years in similar positions within the maquiladora sector. (Must)
Advanced English. (Must)
Previous experience with plant startups.
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen.
Production control and operational efficiency.
Performance indicators (KPIs).
ERP management (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily production operations.
Set production goals and ensure they are met.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Implement continuous improvement strategies.
Coordinate with HR, engineering, quality, and maintenance departments.
Report production results to senior management.
