Production Supervisor

Requirements: 

• Completed bachelor's degree.

• Advanced English.

• 5 years of relevant experience; familiar with production planning, shop floor management, personnel supervision, and quality control processes. 

• Strong organizational, coordination, team management, and communication skills; Capable of independently handling workshop production issues and conducting root cause analysis and improvement; Proficient in office software and basic data analysis. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Based on sales forecasts and customer orders, coordinate with the production planner and production manager to reasonably formulate and execute production plans. Ensure on-time delivery with required quality and quantity to meet customer needs. 

• Support the production manager in achieving the workshop’s KPI targets, conduct regular reviews, and propose improvement suggestions based on statistical results. 

• Assist in the implementation and promotion of the workshop’s annual key improvement projects (KIPs), conduct periodic reviews, and provide timely feedback on progress. 

• Collaborate with the production manager to coordinate and prepare key production elements (personnel, equipment, jigs and fixtures, materials, documentation, and workspace) to ensure smooth execution of the production plan. 

• Assist the production manager in executing the workshop's basic, daily, and exception management tasks. 

• Responsible for implementing training and assessment plans for workshop employees. 

• Handle and coordinate abnormal issues that arise in various production stages and provide timely feedback. 

• Complete other tasks assigned by upper management.
