Ensure hospital's compliance with Philippine tax.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns (VAT, EWT, ITR, DST).
Ensure timely remittance of taxes to BIR and other government agencies.
Prepare and issue BIR Form 2307 to suppliers and professionals.
In-charge of computation, preparation, filing, and reconciliation of taxes (VAT, withholding, income tax).
Coordinate with Internal Teams (Accounting, AP, AR & Payroll), External Auditors and BIR office for tax-related matters.
Reconcile tax accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor compliance with BIR requirements, audits and assessments.
Maintain tax schedules, supporting documents, and records for audit purposes.
Assist in BIR audits, LOA, and tax mapping activities.
Recommend improvements in tax processes and controls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or other related programs.
At least 2-3 years of tax compliance experience.
Expertise in Philippine taxation laws and BIR regulations.
Open to work in a hospital setup.
