QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related business programs
With at least 8-10 years of Oracle Fusion experience
Background in Oracle Financials and/or Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
End-to-end implementation experience
Experience in leading teams and stakeholder management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead finance transformation and system improvement projects.
Manage the planning and delivery of finance technology initiatives.
Clarify, align and meet client demands and expectations.
Demonstrate expertise on Oracle Financials and HFM to support financial reporting and analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify and address finance process improvement opportunities.
Develop and oversee the deployment of scalable financial management solutions using Oracle tools.
Promote the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across finance transformation teams.
Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems.
Identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving business performance.
