Account Receivable and Collection:
• Assist in Preparation of Invoice and Letter of Credit (LC) negotiation documents submission to the customer and bank.
• Assist in Issuance, recording and Filing of Official Receipts and Acknowledgement Receipts.
• Assist in Collection, recording and filing of withholding tax and withholding vat certificates.
• Assist on Recording of LC proceeds and downpayments. Accounts Payable:
• Assist in Scanning and filing of Invoices and Receipts.
• Assist in Purchase order creation.
Other Finance Related:
• Assist in Creation of Special power of attorney and authorization letter for collection.
• Assist in Preparation of performance bonds, surety bond and warranty bond application.
• Assist in Management of daily itinerary of the messengers.
• Assist in Monitoring of LC expiry.
• Assist in audit and tax documentation.
• Assist in arranging and organize finance related meeting
