Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems on desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
Perform software installations, upgrades, and data migration activities.
Provide onsite technical support to end users and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns.
Support and administer Google Workspace applications and user accounts.
Configure and support communication platforms such as 8x8, RingCentral, and similar tools.
Assist in the administration and support of network and security solutions, including Fortinet and related technologies.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
Participate in disaster recovery activities and provide immediate technical support during emergency situations when required.
Provide on-call support outside regular business hours as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and technical troubleshooting.
Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
Familiarity with RingCentral, Fortinet, Google Workspace, 8x8, or similar business tools.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
Experience in a BPO environment is an advantage but not required.
