Salary: The Basic gross salary is EURO 21,000 p/a plus language bonus.

The Role

Our client is a global outsourcing company headquartered in the USA employing over 290,000 people in 160 international offices. Well known for partnering with many world-leading brands, this company has recently opened a brand new, urban-chic style office by the coast in Lisbon, where it is now a hub for support for one of world's biggest IT brands.

As a Digital Marketing Administrator you will collect, manage and organize assets from clients and identify gaps. You will also translate requests into workable implementation notes in order to effectively collaborate with the Partner Team.

• Support AM/Sales/Brand clients and to ensure campaigns are launched and are serving effectively.
• Understand client goals and strategize action plans to best fulfill client needs while handling multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
• Responsible for educating Sales and the Client on the overall capabilities of the GPS ads.
• Act as the last line of defense in detecting defects / irregularities on the technical implementation before the campaign goes live.

Requirements
The successful Digital marketing Consultant has:

• Fluency in English and Polish
• Digital marketing experience 
• Ability for critical thinking, analysis and attention to detail
• Technologically savvy 
• Innovative
• Must be able to proficiently communicate with internal teammates as well as to external top advertisers.
• Serving as stewards of the product - willing to guide clients on the efficacy of our ads, troubleshoot and update minor campaign edits
• Help collect assets and coordinate internally and externally to maintain project timelines and seamlessly resolve problems to accomplish all tasks.
• Experienced: into CTS gtech environment, with Experience and knowledge in digital marketing. (Client management and onboarding, Account strategy, Campaign performance management) would be valuable.
• Intuitive: knowing the audience and highly skilled written and oral communicator with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment
• Meticulous: keen eye for detail, you know that details matter

Relocation Package and Benefits
Full paid training will be provided. There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes a relocation bonus of 2000 Euro. Besides this there are plenty of benefits including meal allowance, transport allowance, health insurance and life insurance.

Interview Process
The interview process can be done remotely via phone and video. There will be an information/screen call, a test and an official interview.
