Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligning with business objectives.
2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IndAS, Income Tax, and regulatory requirements.
3. Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
4. IPO Preparation: Lead financial aspects of IPO process, including due diligence and prospectus preparation.
5. MIS and Budgeting: Develop and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) and budgeting processes.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
7. Leadership: Mentor and manage finance team.
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Proven track record in financial leadership roles.
MIS and financial reporting.
Income Tax, IndAS, and regulatory compliance.
Investor relations and IPO processes.
Financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in logistics/transportation industry.
Familiarity with SEBI guidelines and listing requirements.
