Develop and optimize CNC/VMC machining programs using Esprit, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.
Convert 2D technical drawings into precise 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, SolidCAM, and AutoCAD.
Design and validate fixtures, jigs, and tooling for new and existing orthopedic implant components.
Conduct program prove-outs, prepare setup sheets, and coordinate first-piece inspections with QC.
Collaborate with Production, QA, and D&D teams to resolve machining issues and support prototype development.
Maintain program documentation, fixture drawings, and version control for all machining projects.
Continuously improve machining cycle times, tooling efficiency, and overall process performance.
Provide technical support to machine operators and coordinate with tooling vendors for fixture development.
