Associate- Corporate Support (Legal)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, and IPR-related documents.
• Maintain contract trackers, renewal schedules, and version control for all legal documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and UAE counterparts for compliance and documentation support.
• Conduct basic legal research on corporate, commercial, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing board resolutions, filings, and corporate compliance documents.
• Handle documentation, data management, and secure record-keeping of legal and corporate files.
• Support policy drafting, vendor due diligence, and routine corporate support tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

• LLB / LLM with 0-1 years' experience in corporate legal, contracts, or IPR.
• Strong drafting, compliance understanding, and legal research skills.
• Knowledge of data protection laws and UAE legal framework (preferred).
• Ability to manage contracts, documentation, and risk assessment.
