Job Title : Content & Social Media Growth Lead

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Growth Lead to manage end-to-end Instagram content strategy, creation, and growth for a fast-growing health and wellness brand. The role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can develop engaging, research-backed content and scale social media engagement through strategic planning and performance analysis.

Location: India (Mumbai preferred, open to Pan-India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Instagram content strategy including reels, carousels, and stories
• Create high-quality health and wellness content by simplifying complex topics into engaging formats
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with growth objectives
• Track performance metrics such as engagement, retention, and reach to optimize content
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and AI content tools
• Build audience engagement through interactive content and community initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams for content ideation and execution

Key Requirements:

• Experience in social media content creation and Instagram growth management
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and audience engagement skills
• Hands-on experience with Canva, reel editing tools, and AI content tools
• Understanding of health, wellness, lifestyle, or nutrition content (preferred)
• Self-driven with the ability to manage social media independently
