We are hiring an HR Executive to manage employee engagement activities along with end-to-end recruitment for wellness and fitness industry roles.
• Manage employee engagement activities and celebrations • Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination • Maintain hiring trackers and onboarding process • Support workplace culture and employee satisfaction initiatives
• 4+ years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition • MBA in HR preferred • Strong communication and coordination skills • Experience in employee engagement activities and hiring • Wellness/fitness industry experience preferred
